Wow, did you realise that half of the chemicals that are in regular deodorants, antiperspirants, body creams, toothpastes, nail polish and shampoos that you’re using on your body every day, you can’t even pronounce?
I was doing a little digging and found out that these chemicals can be harmful to you. I say, “If you cannot eat it, then don’t put it on your skin!” We cannot heal and stay well if we are full of toxins, chemicals and parabens.

6. Limit the use of plastic bottled sun screen
Cacao butter has a natural SPF 25 and coconut oil SPF 5 and Wheat Germ Oil 20. So why put more chemicals into your body when not required?
